CELEBRATE MOTHER'S DAY WITH A GIFT IN HER HONOR
Virtual flowers presented by the Arizona Institute for Breast Health pay tribute to loved ones while helping fight breast cancer

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Scottsdale, Ariz. - May 3, 2004 -Those who are looking to give something meaningful and heartfelt this Mother's Day can do so while contributing to the fight against breast cancer.

The Arizona Institute for Breast Health is honoring women this Mother's Day in its Bouquet of Honor, a section of its web site devoted to women whose loved ones have given her a virtual flower. With a donation to the Institute, a woman will be listed on the site and honored in the Bouquet for the rest of 2004. Based on the donation amount, a donor can list just a woman's name, include a short story and a picture, and even dedicate an entire page to her.

Donors can select from a variety of flowers based upon the donation amount, ranging from a carnation to a rose.

Bouquet of Honor donations will help the Institute provide women who have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer a free second opinion regarding her treatment options.

"The Bouquet of Honor is a unique way to tell a special woman in your life that you love her," said Mary Purkiss, the Institute's President and a four-year breast cancer survivor. "You can show your appreciation and love, and support a worthy cause at the same time - helping women get the care and support they need when they are dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis."

To honor a woman in time for Mother's Day on May 9, visit the Institute's web site at www.aibh.org and select the link to the 2004 Annual Bouquet of Honor. A donation form, along with the necessary information required on the woman being honored, is available for download. All forms that are submitted by Thursday, May 6, will be listed in the Bouquet in time for Mother's Day. Donations will still be accepted for the Bouquet after that date.
